Presto 123 will automatically convert any AS/400 spool file & physical files to a MS Excel/Lotus123 file by converting a spool file into a comma delimited file (.csv). General ledger, sales analysis or accounts payable are typical applications. The file can then be read by Excel or Lotus123 or any other application that can process a .csv file. Spool files are formatted into cells, as designated by User, for easier viewing. Requires no User interface beyond initial setup. Presto 123 is ideal for batch processing. Copies, via FTP, the converted file to IFS or Network Server. No application reprogramming is required. Command driver. No knowledge of programming necessary.
